MarketJob (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MarketJob website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using MarketJob, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

MarketJob may allow payments between users for services.

  • MarketJob is not responsible for disputes between users but may mediate at its discretion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Services for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse our Services.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • MarketJob provides a platform to connect users and service providers but does not guarantee service quality, safety, or results.

  • We are not liable for damages, losses, or disputes that result from using our platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be posted with the updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of MarketJob means you accept the new Terms.
